Saturday, April 17 - EARTH DAY - Clean-up Along the Thames River
Join forces with Communities in Bloom to help beautify the Town of Ingersoll & area in celebration of Earth Day. Do your part by participating in a clean-up of the Thames River area, and/or encourage people in your own neighbourhood to do their part. Bring a friend! Time: 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Volunteers are asked to register at the fire hall.

Friday/Saturday June 25-26 - RELAY FOR LIFE
We plan to have a Nature's Best team. We need 10 sturdy members to gather sponsors and walk through the night to BEAT CANCER. If you can't stay, just come for a spell and cheer us on. Ingersoll Creative Arts Centre presents Paul Brunelle - Internationally acclaimed bird sculptor. Show runs from Wednesdays to Sundays from 2:00 to 4:00 at the Centre.
Saturday, August 14th - VOYEURING INTO THE LIFE OF DRAGONS AND DAMSELS
The Lawson Nature Reserve at the pond at the end of Bucknell Wetland Loop is a haven for dragon / damselflies. You'll be amazed at the activity! Wear light coloured clothing, rubber boots and bring a chair or stool. Call Sharon for further details: 519-425-0176. Time to be announced.
August 28-29 - INGERSOLL HARVEST FESTIVAL (Club Fundraiser)
IDNC will participate again this year by helping at the registration gates. Please consider volunteering two hours for this community event on either Saturday or Sunday between 9:00 -1:00.
